[Album] Steel Monk Taz - The XI Album

Nigerian Canadian emcee/producer Steel Monk Taz one third of the underground hiphop group Monast3y delivers his album "The XI Album" a hip hop experimental instrumentals for true hiphop headz. The entire album was produced by him. In his own words "This album is basically an experiment created to inspire artists out there who have God given talent but don't necessarily have the tools to express themselves.This album was produced on my iPhone using different apps and music samples from other artists.A No Budget Production inspired first and foremost by love for the art and secondly, by a desire to contribute to hip hop today; sometimes we need to look backwards to know where we are going, and I believe that by remembering what hip hop used sound like we will be guided to understand current hip hop as well as where it is headed.Please listen as I try to paint pictures in your thoughts with sound."
